Welcome to Kin, operated by Kin Worldwide Inc. ("Kin," "we," "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using Kin (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Kin provides civic and cultural sense-making, including Ask Kin (AI-assisted answers grounded in live web search) and Kin Daily (editorial briefings). Ask Kin is an information tool, not a substitute for legal, medical, or financial advice. Always verify consequential decisions with a qualified professional.
You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You agree not to: (a) abuse, harass, or harm others through the Service; (b) attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service; (c) use the Service to generate content that targets or dehumanizes any group; (d) scrape, mass-export, or resell Kin outputs without written permission.
Ask Kin grounds answers in live web search and cites the sources it retrieved. AI outputs can still contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for verifying any factual claim before acting on it. Kin is not liable for decisions made in reliance on AI outputs.
Paid plans (Kin Pro, Founding Kin) renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
Kin, the Kin marks, and the Service are owned by Kin Worldwide Inc. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Kin a limited license to process your inputs to deliver the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to other users. You may close your account at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kin's total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in the product. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
