Kin Worldwide Inc. ("Kin") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Account information: email, display name, and authentication identifiers.
  • Usage data: questions you ask, saved items, page views, device and browser metadata, and approximate location if you grant it.
  • Payment data: handled by our payment processor; we receive billing status but not full card numbers.

How we use information

  • To deliver Ask Kin, Kin Daily, and account features.
  • To ground answers in current information, including by sending your question to a live web search and an AI model provider.
  • To improve product quality, safety, and reliability.
  • To communicate about your account and material product changes.

Third-party processors

We use trusted providers for hosting, authentication, payments, analytics, and AI inference. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

  • You can update or delete your account at any time.
  • You can revoke location access in your browser.
  • You can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@askkin.org.

Children

Kin is not directed to children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to security@askkin.org.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated in the product.
