We want Kin to be worth what you pay for it. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
You can cancel any paid plan at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access through the end of the current billing period.
New monthly subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of the first charge if Kin has materially failed to deliver the Service. After that window, monthly charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel to prevent future charges.
Annual subscribers may request a prorated refund within 30 days of the initial charge. After 30 days, annual charges are non-refundable.
If you experience an extended outage or a billing error, contact us and we'll make it right.
Email billing@askkin.org from the address on your account with your order details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated in the product before they take effect for existing subscribers.
